I was just amazed that all on April 7th there were over 20 responses before I even saw the thread. Keep reaching and stretching, Christopher, but unfortunately you are all done growing and will never get any taller. |

Nothing like burning bridges....> shameless attempt to link to my website while pissin' you off: > http://www.doctormyeye.com/bulletinb...topic.php?t=23 Sorry, didn't piss me off. But it does make me worry about your future. I think you need to go into therapy-really. Have you thought about it? Your removal from SE seems to have really pushed you into a dangerous place. Your wife seemed worried about you when she posted on SE talking about you wandering in the garden picking up leaves or garbage or something (can't remember) after you were kicked off. Does she know you're spending your time and wasting you energies this way--trying to bait people who really don't care? Taken altogether--the messiah complex, your paranoia, your intense anger etc. are symptoms of something very serious that needs to be dealt with ASAP by a mental health professional. Hope you get better and get on with your life. -- "The truth lies somewhere between Ragnar and Flap Melt" ~RT |

Learning why the patient wants refractive surgery may reveal expectations that are unreasonable or unrelated. We joking say that if you think after LASIK you will be picked up in bars, your mother-in-law will suddenly like you, or you will write the Great American Novel, you are probably going to be disappointed with the result, no matter what happens medically. Discussions regarding patient expectations are a usefully tool to reveal apparent pathologies that are inconsistent with elective surgery, even if that "pathology" is only an unreasonable expectation. | What qualifies Ron Link to have an opinion about anything. The man suffered permanent brain damage and personality disorders as a result of a beating. Well, bless his heart, but we can certainly find someone more appropriate for opinions. I can't believe that you were so intimate with the dealings at SE that you didn't know that Dr. G was not kicked off of SE, he requested to be removed. By the way, even though you have been banned, SE will continue to use your name in their list of doctors to promote themselves from now until the end of time. They are betting that people will not know who you are so it won't further damage their credibility.
