Glenn Hagele now claims to own "USAEyes" as a trademark even though he
didn't even attempt to register it until several weeks after I created the
domain name of USAEYES.info.

Even with Hagele's application for registration, it will likely not even be
approved as a trademark because it contains a geographic designation.

Even if it is approved as a trademark (and this could take up to several
years), he can't ever successfully raise this as a legal issue against my
ownership of www.usaeyes.info because I already registered it BEFORE he
attempted to register "USAEyes" as a trademark.

No wonder Hagele was a complete failure as a marketing executive!
