Victims are patients who have had corneal refractive surgery without
fully informed consent from their surgeon. I guess that's just about
all patients who have had corneal refractive surgery. This (failure to
provide fully informed consent) is called malpractice in every state.

Anyone using lies and deceit to downplay risks to encourage one to risk
their precious eyes for their own monetary gain is of course,a huge
problem that must be resolved.
I believe some have already been sued for the false advertizing.
Some of my own personal complications weren't even mentioned on consent
forms until recently.
As I travel from doctor to doctor trieing to find some sort of contact
lens that may not exist until the future possibly,I do a lot of
talking,and a lot of listening. The huge eye care facility I am now at
is working hard to try and fit complication patients with something to
correct their visual function. It isn't easy and some they cannot help
because of intolerance to contacts etc.
They told me of one man who was disabled for 4 years before they could
finally get him in a condition where he could return to work.The
manufacturer of my latest lenses (coming soon)also mentioned this story
among others.
I would like to continue but am typeing with my worst eye closed but
the important thing is....DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOUR ONE AND ONLY
EYES,DON"T BE A FOOL LIKE I WAS.
