In other words, a hurt lasik patient lead comes in via email or a
phone call to Glenn Hagele of USAEyes and CRSQA. Glenn Hagele answers
questions to the hurt lasik patient (and has been found on many
occassions to give the patient medical advice which is a "NO NO"
because Glenn Hagele is a high school graduate, and NOT A DOCTOR). The
hurt lasik patient on many occassions, is funneled to one of the
PAYING CRSQA LASIK DOCTORS WHO PAYS GLENN A $5,000+++ YEAR MEMBERSHIP
FEE, in order to get LEADS from the HURT LASIK PATIENTS...so the lasik
doctor can make money off of the HURT LASIK PATIENT...

The unethical problems here could be the following:

a. Glenn Hagele is operating a 501-c3, Non For Profit out of
Sacramento, CA as his business card/email signature states. This could
be a violation. We are investigating this further.

b. The poor hurt lasik patient, may have ONLY ONE SHOT to fix their
eyesight, and is taking a huge risk potentially by going to a CRSQA
lasik doctor possibly further risking the exponential chances of
making an already horrific situation even worse by risking ECTASIA.

c. Glenn Hagele has been known to harass injured lasik patients who
are in lawsuits with their doctors and it is apparent that he has
closer ties to the lasik doctors that PAY HIM $5,000++++ A YEAR, then
he does to the hurt lasik patients that have websites to inform,
educate, and update the "lied to and misinformed public..."

My experience with this person named Glenn Hagele, who operates
USAEyes started off in a good way like most of us who have been
permanently hurt from lasik...We went online, GOOGLED: hurt lasik,
bad lasik, botched lasik, bad lasik doctor, etc...Then somehow came
across Glenn Hagele's USAEyes (dot) com website, spoke to him, he
seemed nice at first, but then turned poor once Glenn Hagele tried to
blackmail and harass myself and my friends that also are out there
trying to warn the world of the "evil doers" like Glenn Hagele, his
CRSQA Doctors, and this bogus CRSQA certification that isn't even
recognized by our dear FDA or ACRS or even the AMA, it's just
something he "made up out of thin air" kind of like the skewed
statistics of lasik made up by the greedy and evil lasik manufacturers
and doctors.

In my opinion, if you are thinking of being referred to a CRSQA
doctor, or are even thinking of listening to a Glenn Hagele and what
he thinks (by the way, he isn't even a doctor to be giving advice to
you, nor has any corneal certifications that I'm aware of, so
therefore he doesn't really matter nor exist on a professional level),
but what he does have is a persistent desire to go after the hurt
victims that are sincerely caring enough to warn you about what the
doctors aren't warning you about, but they should be warning you
about, which are the following:

1. The lasik flap never ever heals! This is a fact. The outer flap
edge, loses 80%+ of it's strength, and the inner area of the flap, the
bulk of the flap say 99%, loses 98% of it's strength. Did your caring
lasik doctor volunteer this important information before they charged
you $5,000 to ruin your eyesight? If they didn't tell you this, what
else did they not volunteer and why? Also, if they did tell you this,
they know that you wouldn't have opted to have Lasik knowing the
truth.

2. Lets talk about the intraocular pressure and how Lasik can create
problems there.

3. Lets talk about the biggest problem with lasik: DRY EYE SYNDROME.

4. Lets talk about the possibility that YOU MAY NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO
TOLERATE soft contact lenses again nor be corrected with glasses.
This is what I and many like me have to suffer with daily and I've
already spent $30,000!!

5. Lets talk about the Microkeratome Blade and Intralase, both
terrible technologies and both very inhumane to perform on anyone's
only virgin corneas. These are cutting through the most important
structural parts of your eye, and the analogy i like to use is it is
like taking a chain saw and "cutting through the roof beams that hold
up one's home." This is basically what you are "electing" the caring
lasik doctor to do to your only corneas. Give this some serious
thought.

6. Did the lasik surgeon offer to explain how they make the flap,
shoot it with a crappy Alcon or Visx or worse yet the Nidek laser, and
burry that mess under the surface in the Stroma bed? Hmnnnn...wonder
why they didn't explain what happens underneath there, until years
down the road, you have problems or maybe from the start you have
problems.

7. Did the lasik surgeon make you sign a thousand pages so that you
wouldn't sue him, and that you were told of all of these problems, and
double vision, and halos, and starbursts? Hmnnn...why do you think
they make you WRITE ON THE CONSENT FORM THAT "I UNDERSTAND THE
RISKS!!." WHY do you think they do this? For your benefit or TO
PROTECT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE USED TO BEING IN COURT EVERY MONTH????

8. It is a known fact, that if this procedure doesn't work, and one
or both of your eyes regresses and you are one of the 1/3 that Lasik
didn't work for, what happens next? You have elected to change your
eyes, permanently altering them with the ability to not "go
backwards." In otherwords, Lasik Surgery is "irreversible." Who is
going to fix you now? Why do you think many people are suicidal and
why are there like 100 websites out there warning the world of Lasik?
I don't know of any other medical procedure that has so many pissed
off patients trying to warn the world? Do you? Even breast implants
don't have this type of "failure rate or suicide rate."

9. Is Glenn Hagele being paid off by the lasik doctors that have
ruined our vision, and are pissed because we have started websites to
expose their evil ways? You decide!! Certainly a good start is to
check and see if the doctor that you were thinking of going to is on
this doctor list that someone was nice enough to "EXPOSE THEM" to
