You are under obligation under the terms of your non-profit organizational status to have an advisory committe, and to disclose the identity of the members to the public. We noticed that you removed this information from your website. Who heads up your CRSQA board of directors since Dan Durrie stepped down because he disapproved of your harassment of damaged LASIK patients? Who are the rest of the individuals on the board at CRSQA? |

I don't bring it up because it sounds boastful, but I'm quite proud of what I have been able to accomplish without the benefit of higher education. Kids; stay in school. The policies and standards by which all refractive surgeons are evaluated are created and approved by advisory committees that include ophthalmologists, optometrists, as well as individuals with expertise in other relevant areas. We re-evaluate all certified surgeons every three months. We wonder if these CRSQA surgeons listed below realize they have paid thousands of dollars to be 'certified' by an individual who runs a business out of his personal home, attacks damaged LASIK patients professionally and personally and claims that his qualifications to certify surgeons are a "high school diploma"?
