| One thing I have noticed is the title of this thread is almost straight out of the mouth of Dr Nick Riviera, the quack doctor in the Simpsons, who got his degree at the Hollywood Upstairs University |

I'm going to guess that most here would, too--ESPECIALLY the newbies who don't know that you bought a lab coat to make you feel better when heavy women's online profiles and coin collecting didn't provide the buzz anymore. |

| Ace, you're a retard. No one thinks you are a doctor. They know you're a retard though, so rest assured. |

| Ace is a stupid moron. I am an optometrist, and that my little Nancy boy is my professional opinion. P.S. When you put that sock of rice in the microwave Nancy, make sure your head is in there as well. dr grant "Some of you were thinking I am a doctor because I know so much about the eye and vision." FFS, no-one thinks this. Everyone tinks you are a stupid little twit that needs daddy's permission to get an eye test. |

That way, I never have to worry if everybody happened to find that one post from May 11th, at 4:54pm that I wrote..... Ace, have you tried periocular warming for your accommodative excess? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...&dopt=Abstract OR: http://tinyurl.com/obpyd All you need is to buy or make a rice (or corn) bag. You can put a couple of cups of uncooked rice in a sock if you want the easy way. Microwave the sock until it's warm (NOT HOT--I use high power for about 2 minutes), then put the warm rice bag over your closed eyes for ten minutes. Check your vision before and after. You can buy them, too. Something like this: http://www.diamondthreadworks.com/mi...ating_bags.htm |

| Some of you were thinking I am a doctor because I know so much about the eye and vision. Well just to clear up the confusion, I am not a doctor nor have I ever claimed to be one. I like reading and researching, mostly because I have vision problems on my own and its something I can relate well with. Many of you have similar or identical vision problems as me. What I say is my own opinion and how it relates to me and my research. Take with a grain of salt what anyone on the internet says. When in doubt, seek a real doctor in person. You can look to the internet for opinions/advice but get your facts by visiting a doctor in person. |
