| Not really, in school we don't even learn in that much detail about the eye. You just go through basics, like how light rays enter the eye , and the function of each part of the eye. It's just a small sector in the biology syllabus. What I find boring is opinion, though. It's true that the eye is an extension of the mind. I like all the studies on mental process. But the actual physiology is boring. |

| Well, I would suspect your high school science teacher had quite bit to do with your minimizing your appreciation of the physiology of the eye (I am remembering "boring"). I am wondering why this had happened since the eye is really an extension of the brain, including its neural structure, which is really not boring. It's like something that determines what is boring (the brain/mind) saying it is boring (eye/retina). |
